Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a refund, please read the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
- Stitched suits cannot be returned if they were altered or washed. Follow care instructions provided with the product.
Process
- Contact Customer Care with order number and reason.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if eligible).
- Once item is received and inspected, refund will be processed to original payment method.
Exceptions
Certain items (e.g., personalized or final-sale items) are non-refundable. Stitched suits returned due to shrinkage are considered only if original care instructions were followed and item is within policy period.
